Dr. Tiffany Marshall Named New Principal at JCTMS

Dr. Marshall has served in several roles in her two decades in the district.

Dr. Tiffany Marshall is taking on another principal position after serving in the role for the past seven years at Audubon Traditional Elementary School.  She will take over at Jefferson County Traditional Middle School next month. Marshall has worked in Jefferson County Public Schools for twenty years. During that two decade tenure, she’s served in several roles including teacher, school counselor, principal intern, assistant principal, and principal.

“Tiffany Marshall has proven herself to be a terrific school principal. With her experience in a traditional school model, I am confident she will continue her great work with students and staff at JCTMS,” Superintendent Dr. Marty Pollio said.

Dr. Marshall is passionate about the traditional school model. She said she will use her experiences to add to the rich tradition of excellence at JCTMS and create a sense of belonging for all students.

“Tiffany Marshall is a dedicated and passionate school principal with demonstrated capabilities in developing productive student-focused environments,” Assistant Superintendent of Middle Schools Michelle Dillard said. “Dr. Marshall is committed to creating and monitoring policies and practices that promote a safe learning environment to ensure a school culture that encourages continuous growth for students and adults.”

Marshall will start in her now role on July 13, 2020.
