Career and Technical Education (CTE)
At Breckinridge Metropolitan High School, we strive to incorporate a variety of engaging and relevant learning activities aimed at preparing students for success after high school. For students who aren't quite sure what their next steps are, we offer aptitude and interest exploration through YouScience, and we also provide hands-on career exploration through our Paxton Patterson Lab. When students are ready to go a step further, we're proud to offer Career and Technical Education programs in the fields of health sciences, automotive repair, culinary arts, and information technology. With an industry certification in one of these areas, Breck Metro graduates can earn their high school diploma and already be a step ahead when entering the workforce.
