In 2023, I joined the Coleridge-Taylor Montessori family as the School Counselor. I am so glad to be a part of our Monarch family. I have over 15 years of experience in school counseling from Bullitt County Public Schools. As your School Counselor, I will develop and implement a program that addresses three components: academic success, social/emotional needs, and career exploration. I am committed to making all students feel welcome and successful here at Coleridge-Taylor Montessori. School and learning should be fun, and I try to make school the most fun for everyone involved. Please reach out if I can be of any assistance!

Dr. Erica Young, CSW
Restorative Discipline Coach
I have been in education for 17 years, and this is my 13th year at JCPS. I have worked in social work, community mental health, and elementary and middle schools. At CTM, I will work with staff and students to support relationship building, learning from our mistakes, and repairing relationships when harm has been done. I am married with three young children, so I learn, reflect, and breathe with my family daily! Please reach out any time if I can help you or your child have a positive experience at CTM.
