What is the best way to talk with my child’s counselor?

A parent should set up an appointment to see their child’s counselor by phone, e-mail, fax, or letter.

What is the best way for my child to talk with his or her counselor?

The best way for a student to talk with our counselor, Ms. Kaukas, is for the student to ask Ms. Kaukad to talk with him or her. Students may also ask teachers to contact the counselor, and teachers will let Ms. Kaukas know which students want to speak with her. Additionally, parents may contact Ms. Kaukas directly to ask her to speak with their child. If there is an emergency, students or their parents should tell a teacher or general office staff member and let him or her know that they need to see the counselor immediately.
