Graphic says: Happy School Lunch Hero Week! Lassiter Middle. “Despite being a team meant for eight, the school’s nutrition staff is currently down to just four dedicated employees. Yet, through it all, Marcia Coyle continues to show unwavering dedication and heart every single day—her commitment is truly inspiring. Lassiter has faced some tough times recently, including unexpected injuries that have led to significant staffing shortages. But even in these challenging moments, Marcia and her new lead, Kersandra Faulkener have stepped up in incredible ways. To me, they are all true heroes—thank you for everything you do! Kudos to our incredible Café Team!” - Amy Willard, SCNS Consultant
