Middletown Elementary Students have extracurricular opportunities made possible through staff and parent volunteers.

In grades K-5, students have the opportunity to apply for the Student Lighthouse Leadership Team.

Other extracurricular opportunities for specified grades include: Academic Team, Robotics, Choir, Cross Country, Cheerleading, Cheer Club, & Basketball.
