JCPS has created a new space called Parent Place for guardians to access and complete all beginning of the year forms. This includes student information, residency, and other important forms. Click above to access the new Parent Place.
All families are required to complete this form. It is used to determine free and reduced lunches, fee waivers, and Title I funding for the school. Even if you don't believe you will qualify, it is important to fill this out for the school.
