As the Mental Health Practitioner at Portland Elementary, I provide individual and group counseling to our students and families.  Additionally, I coordinate services with our community counseling providers to assist students and their families with services they may need.

We have several agencies that work our students both inside and outside of school.  Titans Counseling, Haven Family Services and Maryhurst Renewal are all agencies that are often found throughout our school building.   Haven Family also has Dr. Elam, a child psychiatrist that works with students and families in our school.  We are happy to work with any other provider that are on the JCPS MOA list. If you have questions about anyone on the list, please reach out.
