I am Dr. Amanda Petters and excited to lead as the Principal at Rangeland Elementary. I have been with JCPS since 2001, and served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal intern before being selected to lead our Lions. At Rangeland we are a unique treasure with 57% of our population being multilingual learners with students from 38 countries, speaking 18 different languages. Our diversity population provides students multiple opportunities throughout the day to learn about connection, compassion, and collaboration to demonstrate our school motto: Kindness Counts.
