Summer Health and PE

Please complete registration form prior to June 7th, 2024,

Registration Form for duPont Manual Students ONLY: Form

Who should take Health/PE online:

Students who are in the dance program or taking FOD for PE and want to take Health over the summer.
Students who want to make room for a YPAS elective.
To be able to take a study skills

Who should NOT take Health/ PE online:

Students trying to take another elective. (We are unable to guarantee we will be able to fit another elective into your schedule. You may end up with 2 study skills)
To try to double up in a content area (9th Grade students are unable to double up in any content areas ie. Take 2 math classes)

Advanced Program for non JCPS Students

Information Needed:

The last 2 years Report Cards
Copy of Normed Referenced Test results.
- Most schools have a norm referenced exam they give to students. The exact assessment program will differ from school to school. (ex. ITBS or Terra Nova)
