Please join me in celebrating our newly established Safety Patrol. Safety Patrol will help assist scholars during arrival and dismissal to ensure they are following safety expectations. They have had "safety class training" and are currently participating in "on the job training" to earn heir Safety Patrol Badges. Upon final approval from myself (Safety Patrol Sponsor Chief) they will be sworn in by one of our own LMPD Police Officers and will obtain their Patrol Badge.
*****Our program is for 5th grade scholars, however, in the spring current 4th grade scholars will have the opportunity to apply and be trained to carry the mantle for the following school year.
