About
Waggener is the only fully accredited Academies of Louisville school. In a 2024 National Career Academy Coalition (NCAC) Review, all three of Waggener’s Academies earned Model or Model with Distinction ratings for their effective practices in preparing students for college, career, and life success. Currently, there are only three Model Academies in Kentucky, and all of them are at Waggener High.
