Women encouraged students as they started their day

Oct. 12, 2023—Students at Hite Elementary were the first to experience the JCPS Diversity, Equity, and Poverty Department's new Mornings with Moms initiative when they arrived at school today.
Dozens of women from across the community came to high-five, cheer, and encourage Hite students as they entered the building.
