How to understanding your child's progress in a Big Picture World
Learning at Liberty is based on your child's interests and motivation. What this means is how fast they accumulate credits is really up to them. All required, core content classes are not time-bound meaning that they do not "fail" a course at Liberty - they simply have not earned the credit yet by proving that they have mastered the right standards.
Elective courses are different - they are time bound. These will show up on their progress reports and report cards that you are used to seeing.
To really understand how your student is progressing, start to look for Progress Towards Graduation Reports that will arrive in 3 weeks increments after your student completes their very own Liberty Learning Plan.
