Your counselors at PRP know that life can be tough! Sometimes, it's best to take some time to yourself to enjoy the simpler things. That's why we have created the Calm Corner! This is your one-stop shop for all things calming - resources that you can use any time to help yourself relax and focus. 

The Calm Corner was created as an interactive resource for students. We would like to partner with families, encouraging all parents and guardians to participate with their students in choosing calming, mindfulness, and relaxation activities. All links are age appropriate for high school at the time they are posted to this site. We do not own all of the sites linked here, but have visited each and built a Calm Corner that we feel is safe and secure for our students. Because of the nature of the internet, sites are subject to change without our knowledge or consent. It is up to students and parents, as well as the owners of this site, to be vigilant.
