Hello Breck Metro Families,

As principal at Breckinridge Metropolitan High School, I am honored and excited for the opportunity to serve the Breck Metro learning and teaching community, and I look forward to working with a dynamic staff, dedicated parents, and involved community members. Most of all, I look forward to working with our students and continuing the outstanding work at Breck Metro High School. 

As your principal, I believe my primary mission is to develop a positive culture that focuses on racial equity, serving others, and providing a space for everyone in the Breck family to belong. This kind of culture only happens with a commitment to forming impactful relationships where everyone we encounter feels valued and heard. I look forward to building on the work we have started with Big Picture Learning and continuing to push the traditional boundaries of learning as we tap into our student’s passions and lived experiences and use those to develop authentic learning opportunities unique to each student. My hope is that together we can provide our students with skills and competencies that enable them to be productive contributors in their communities. 

Again, I feel very blessed and honored to be a part of the amazing community here at Breckinridge Metropolitan High School.
