The purpose of the Bulldogs With Heart YSC is to remove nonacademic barriers as a means to enhance student academic success. The primary areas of focus are the following:

• Referrals to health and social services

• Career exploration and development

• Substance abuse education and counseling

• Family crisis and mental health counseling
