t - Runners need to fill out the google form for cross-country - ALL RUNNERS ONLY.

2nd - Turn in a completed sports physical on or before the first day of official practice.

3rd - Join the team app for communication 

4th - A stopwatch for their wrist.   2nd grade and above need one.   If you have a runner who loves to run, many families have invested in a Garmin 55, or Garmin 245 that will show pace and heart rate as well.   Talk to us if this is something you are interested in.  

4th - Pay a team fee of about $80 and buy the team jersey, and T-shirt.  Wear your own BLACK shorts.  Fees will be collected in August after the start of school - Team Store coming soon

5th - Join our Club Team "Hellfire Club" if you want to Compete at the Catholic Meets (middle school) or do out-of-season training.  see the Hellfire Club page for more information (coming soon)
