Chromebooks

All Chromebooks will require that a Google license ($33) to be purchased for it to be MDM managed.

Dual core CPU, 4GB RAM, 32 GB HDD and at least 1 year of Google updates still. Auto Update Expiration (AUE) dates can be found here.

Windows Laptops or Tablets

Windows 10 upgradable to windows 11,  i5 processor, 8 Gb RAM, 250Gb solid state drive, and 1 Gb wireless card A/C.   Laptop Only no desktops.

iPads

All iPads will require that a JAMF license ($36) to be purchased for it to be MDM managed. Currently KETS guidelines only allow for the purchase of MacBook Airs. iMacs and MacBook Pros are not on the approved list. Currently Macs are not MDM managed and the warranty and(or) accidental plans will be the schools responsibility.
