Academy @ Shawnee Junior Khamori Ball made a play that aired on ESPN

September 13, 2023—Academy @ Shawnee junior Khamoni Ball says one of his favorite things to practice is catching a football.
"I like to catch," Ball said. "Like, when I'm not in, I'm on the sideline with the quarterback, catching one-handed all practices. Like, it's natural."
Practice made perfect this past Friday when Ball made a leaping one-handed interception in a game against Jackson County.
That play landed him on the ESPN NFL Sunday Countdown segment, "You Got Mossed."
