For the first time, Ballard High School—along with every other lacrosse program in Kentucky—is competing to win the first KHSAA State Championship in lacrosse. This year marks the first where lacrosse is a KHSAA-sanctioned sport, and according to the Bruins, they're already starting to see the positive impacts of becoming official.
