What is Social Emotional Learning?

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is about helping kids and adults develop the skills they need to understand their feelings, build strong relationships, and make good choices. It's like learning how to be a good friend, manage stress, and set goals.

Why is SEL important?

SEL helps create a positive learning environment where everyone feels safe and respected. It can also help address issues like bullying and anxiety.
