Welcome to Norton Elementary, home of the Cougars! As the principal at Norton Elementary, it is an honor to serve our families and community. It is my desire to work with you, your child, and the staff to support learning and success for all students.
Norton Elementary has a record of educational excellence. Our school has been named a School of Distinction by the Kentucky Department of Education and a National Blue Ribbon School. Our staff is committed to educating all students by providing a positive school and classroom environment in which each student can feel safe, nurtured, and respected as they grow into lifelong learners. By providing appropriate and challenging instruction, we are dedicated to reaching every child, every day.
In addition to providing daily quality instruction, we believe that students should have access to a variety of enrichment opportunities to further enhance their learning and development. Our school offers many after-school enrichment programs to support our students continued academic and social development.
